Classes
Monday at 5:30pm and 7:30pm Open classes are held at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, located on the corner at the " T " intersection of Main Street and South Bedford Rd, directly across from Northern Westchester Hospital. Dress comfortably to stretch on the mat and avoid eating a large meal before class. Class lasts about an hour or a little longer. No prior experience is needed. Private/semi-private classes are taught in studio or in your home, especially for working on specific health concerns and to accommodate difficult schedules. Fees:Walk in class fee is $15. Class card discount is available. Commit to practice - it's healthy economics to come on a regular basis.
